Terms and Conditions

1. Orders & Deposits

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm orders for our standard range of products.
  • For customised layouts, a 60% deposit is required.
  • Work on your order will commence only after the relevant deposit is received and confirmed.

2. Final Payment & Ownership

  • Full payment must be received before dispatch or delivery of any unit.
  • Title and ownership of the unit remain with us until full payment is received and cleared.
  • We reserve the right to withhold delivery until full payment is complete.

3. Lead Times & Delivery

  • Standard lead times are typically 7–10 days if the item is in stock, and up to 30 days for custom builds or out-of-stock products, depending on the design and specifications.
  • We deliver Australia-wide, including regional and remote areas (additional transport fees apply).
  • Delivery is to kerbside or accessible flat ground only. The buyer is responsible for crane or Hiab access, unless otherwise arranged.
  • Delays due to weather, transport disruptions, or supplier shortages are not our responsibility, but we will always keep you updated.

4. Product Use & Compliance

  • Our products are generally classified under Class 5 buildings (if under 24 square metres), which in most cases do not require council approval. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm with their local council.
  • Larger units (e.g. Pods, Villas, and Homes) may require formal council approval. We do not sell products on the condition of council approval.
  • It is recommended to consult a certifier, town planner, or architect if unsure.

5. Modifications & Custom Builds

  • Custom builds are final once confirmed. Any design or structural changes requested after confirmation may incur additional charges or extend the lead time.
  • All drawings, floorplans, or concept designs remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you change your mind after production has commenced.
  • Cancellations before production may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to admin and planning costs).
  • Customised orders cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or not as described.

7. Warranty & Maintenance

  • All units include a 12-month structural warranty covering workmanship and major defects.
  • General wear, cosmetic damage, and user-inflicted faults are not covered.
  • The warranty is void if the unit has been modified, relocated improperly, or used outside of intended purposes.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • We accept no liability for personal injury, property damage, or legal issues arising from improper use, installation, or placement of the unit.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure correct site setup and compliance with local laws.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Any personal or business information collected from you is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of processing your order and delivery.
  • We do not share your details with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your purchase, please contact us directly so we can resolve the matter.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to NSW Fair Trading or relevant state authority.
