One-Year Warranty – Lecan Spaces

At Lecan Spaces, we stand by the quality of our modular buildings. All structures, including fixtures and fittings supplied with your purchase, are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.

During this period, we will repair any faults in the building structure or supplied components due to defects in materials or workmanship. The decision to disconnect, remove, reinstall or reconnect any services, fixtures, or fittings will be at the sole discretion of Lecan Spaces.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty is void if the building is placed within 15 metres of saltwater or directly affected by saltwater exposure.

Pest control is the responsibility of the owner. Proof of pest treatment may be required when submitting a warranty claim.

Repairs

Any repairs or alterations carried out by the customer or a third-party tradesperson are not covered unless pre-approved by Lecan Spaces in writing.
