Delivery & Lead Times

We deliver using a Hiab truck with a 6-metre crane arm. If access is limited, a larger crane may be required at your expense. In cases where the unit needs to be delivered over a house or building, this is possible with a suitable crane – we’ll help assess and guide you through the process. Delivery costs vary based on location – just send us your address and we’ll provide a tailored quote.

Warranty: We offer a delivery warranty for any damages caused during our delivery. If you organise your own delivery, we are not liable for any damage.

Footing Requirements for 20FT & Under:

For level ground, place 4 pavers with gravel underneath each corner.

All units have 16mm compressed fibro flooring (not timber) – moisture resistant.

If land is uneven, install 4 concrete-filled pipes with bolts.

We can quote for footing preparation and plumbing if you're local.

Site Readiness:

Customers receive progress updates and photos.

You are welcome to inspect your build before delivery.

On-Site Connections:

Plumbing: Units come with a waterproof power point behind the bathroom wall. Your plumber simply connects the hot water.

Air Conditioning: We prepare the wiring and isolation switch, but recommend local AC installation after delivery.

Sewerage: Your plumber connects to the main line or septic system. If you're on acreage without sewerage, you can opt for a composite toilet. We can recommend a supplier after your order.

 

Lead Times:

• 10FT, 14FT & 20FT units: 7–10 days if in stock, up to 30 days if not.
• Pods, Homes & Villas: 8-hour build time if in stock. Currently only available in Sydney.
